The end of 2021 and start of 2022 has been a busy one for the EPA, and for communities across the country affected by the promulgation of new rules related to PFAS. If you attended one of our previous webinars, you know that Apex Companies has been predicting the rollout of a number of new associated regulations and actions since late 2020, and now that we are well into year two of the Biden administration, these predictions have been realized across multiple media and jurisdictions.

What you’ll learn:

During this webinar, Apex and Environmental Partners will dive a bit deeper into the world of PFAS treatment and remediation, specifically in water, with several case studies and real-world applications that have produced results for our clients. Additionally we will discuss:

  • Current and pending state and federal guidelines
  • Where these rules and regulations are likely to have the greatest impact—from an industry and geographic standpoint
  • How industry, cities, states, and other local jurisdictions can be best positioned to respond to these new mandates
  • What action should be taken now so you will be ready?

As stakeholders learn more about PFAS, community members are calling for increased transparency and data, and are demanding that their water supplies be tested and if necessary, remediated.

  • How will these issues affect both the private and public parties involved?
  • How can you estimate future costs, where might you be able to obtain funding for investigation, and what other resources are available to help you stay up to date on the issues?

We hope you can join us!
