IEA Announces: Special Webinar on Draft CII Permit
Join Apex for a webinar to discuss the new stormwater permit being drafted for all non-public commercial, industrial, and institutional (CII) properties in LA County (AB 2106, passed September 1, 2022, takes it statewide thereafter). The webinar is presented by the Industrial Environmental Association (IEA). The CII Permit will target properties five acres and larger including hospitals, churches, shopping centers, and commercial and industrial facilities with estimated fees ranging from $20K–250K per acre. The permit is in the development stage, with the EPA and the California State Water Board accepting comments until October 24.
