Apex Companies Welcomes New Chief Growth Officer, Eric Putnam

Apex Companies is pleased to announce the appointment of Eric Putnam as Chief Chief Growth Officer (CGO). Eric brings more than 26 years of executive experience in operations, strategic account leadership, and market development. He has built and led high-performing teams across service lines and geographies, driving organic growth and operational excellence. Eric’s experience—most recently as Market Sector Leader and Operations Director for a large global consultancy, where he focused on strategic planning, team integration, and performance management—will serve him well as Chief Growth Officer (CGO).

As Apex CGO, Eric will play a pivotal leadership role in strategic growth and long-term value creation. He will lead the development and execution of our strategic organic growth initiatives, including market and industry analysis, competitive strategy, account development, and sales operations.

Eric holds a BS in Chemistry from McPherson College and an MS in Environmental Science and Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. Eric is based out of Sacramento, California, and enjoys spending his free time throwing curling stones and enjoying time with his wife and two daughters.
