As part of the process, our team will also identify those who may be disproportionately affected by the project, with the goal of improving community transparency, inclusion, and accessibility during planning and design. Our efforts have helped multiple agencies transform their typical outreach with robust accessibility features and inventive virtual options to ensure all audiences feel seen, valued, and heard.

Stakeholder identification is a crucial step in the project lifecycle. Apex works with project teams to pinpoint those affected by, invested in, or concerned with the project for a fully customized public participation program.
