As a highlight to this year’s conference, Apex is sponsoring a 3-hour boat tour of San Diego Bay. Speakers from the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), the Port of San Diego, and the San Diego Regional Airport Authority will be discussing highlighted projects in Port Tidelands from a water quality and sustainability perspective.
