We welcome you to join Apex at the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Training for Airport Staff live webinar hosted by the Iowa Stormwater Education Partnership (ISWEP) on Wednesday, May 12, 2021, from 9:00 AM–11:00 AM CST.

Apex’s very own Anna Griggs, Business Development Manager, will be speaking about our team’s Airport Stormwater BMP Case Study from 10:20–10:50 AM CST.

This presentation will discuss the case study of the SWPPP (Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan) that was written by Apex for the Charlotte/Douglas International Airport (CLT) and finalized in February 2019. This plan is intended for use by CLT to provide consistent and effective management of stormwater runoff. This SWPPP includes a description of the CLT facility, a discussion of potential pollution sources resulting from practices and activities at the airport, and identifies stormwater management controls and best management practices (BMPs) to eliminate or reduce the potential for pollutants entering the stormwater system.
